No doubt, among the job seekers in Indonesia, especially fresh graduates, working in companies engaged in mining are the ideals and dreams. How could I not, besides well-known as a company that provides high compensation to its employees, working in the mining company also provides its own prestige, or prestige for its employees.
Assumption of job seekers is indeed true.
